Who you are buying from

This store is DollyGloss. By placing an order you agree to what is written here, to the refund policy and to the privacy policy.

What you are buying

A vault is a surprise selection of lip products. You choose the flavor family and the number of items. I choose the shades. The count you pay for is the count you get. The specific shades are not chosen by you and are not guaranteed to be any particular colour or finish.

Photos on this site show the kind of products that go into a vault, not the exact items you will receive.

Age

You need to be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your country and can change at any time before you order. Once your order is placed, the price you paid is the price. Payment is taken at checkout.

Time and delivery

Every vault is put together to order, which takes 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery after it ships is usually 3 to 5 business days. These are honest estimates, not guarantees, and delays at the carrier are outside my control.

If something is wrong

Write to me first. Almost everything gets fixed in one message. The refund policy explains what I refund and when.

What I am not responsible for

Allergic reactions to cosmetics you have not patch tested, damage caused by storing products in heat, and losses beyond the amount you paid for your order.

If you have known allergies, write them in the note at checkout and I will do my best to work around them.

Changes

I can update these terms. The version on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies to your order.
