How long does it take?
Putting your vault together takes 1 to 2 weeks. Getting it to you once it ships takes 3 to 5 business days to most addresses and up to 2 weeks to some countries. You get a tracking link the moment yours leaves.
Order 80 glosses or more and yours goes to the front of the queue.
Why does it take that long?
Nothing here is pre-packed. Every vault is scooped to order, by size, one at a time. Scooping 130 glosses is not a five minute job. I also restock the bins every couple of weeks with shades I already love and new ones I have just found.
Can I pick the shades?
No, and that is on purpose. If you could pick, it would just be shopping. You pick how many, I pick which ones.
What if I do not like a shade?
Wear it as a topper over something you do like, or pass it to a friend. With this many glosses in one box, the fun is the ones you would never have picked yourself.
Are these safe?
Yes. Moisturizing formula, no fragrance oils that sting, and each tube is sealed. Keep them out of direct heat so the shimmer stays even.
Do you ship to me?
If your country shows up at checkout, I ship there. Shipping is free on every vault from the Mini up.
Can I order two vaults?
Yes. Order them separately and I scoop each one on its own, so no two come out the same.
