Shipping policy

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every vault, every size, to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

How long it takes

Putting your vault together takes 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery after it ships takes 3 to 5 business days.

Order 80 glosses or more and yours is scooped first, which usually means about a week instead of two.

Why it is not faster

Nothing here sits pre-packed on a shelf. Every vault is scooped to order, one at a time, and the bigger the vault the longer it takes.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email the moment your vault leaves. If the window above has passed and you have not heard from me, write to me and I will find out where it is.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, write to me straight away and I will change it, as long as your vault has not shipped yet.
