Shipping policy

What it costs

Free on every vault from the Mini Vault up, to every country I ship to. The smallest size, the Taster, pays a flat shipping fee that you see at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Putting your vault together takes 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery after it ships takes 3 to 5 business days to most addresses and up to 2 weeks to some countries.

Order 80 glosses or more and yours is scooped first, which usually means about a week instead of two.

Why it is not faster

Nothing here sits pre-packed on a shelf. Every vault is scooped to order, one at a time, and the bigger the vault the longer it takes.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email the moment your vault leaves. If the window above has passed and you have not heard from me, write to me and I will find out where it is.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, write to me straight away and I will change it, as long as your vault has not shipped yet.

Where I ship

Every country that shows up at checkout. If yours is not there, I cannot send to it yet.
